Since 2000, I have written Niagara Cooks Magazine to provide you with a celebration of all that is best about food and wine in the Niagara Region.


Published seasonally 8 times a year, Niagara Cooks is a comprehensive food, wine and associated good living resource that brings you restaurant and food shop reviews, grower features, lots of recipes that bring it all together, wine recommendations, local travel tips, cook's toys and tools, books and lots more.


Niagara Cooks, a delicious journey, is my very first cookbook and it has taken the place of the Niagara Cooks Magazine. If you loved reading Niagara Cooks, you’ll like this even better.


It’s an evolution that has grown into a one stop source for all that is edible Niagara. I will still scour the towns and forage the countryside, leaving no cheese, bread, duck or merlot untried in seeking out the best. There is so much to discover.
